June Newsletter!

Posted by crookcountyfamilyviolence on June 5, 2014 at 11:40 AM

Happy summer to you all! We have posted our short and sweet newsletter for June :)

The main issue addressed in this month's editiion is a bystander's guide to parties.  We have all been in a situation when we see something happening at a party and feel like we should intervene but don't know how.  There are 7 safe steps to ensuring that you and your friends have fun and stay safe at parties this summer. Check it out!

Also June is PTSD Awareness Month.  PTSD affects people that have gone through many types of trauma, whether it's military duty, sexual abuse, natural disaster, and so so many more.  If you or someone you know suspects you may be dealing with PTSD related issues, call our 24-hour hotline (307-283-2415) to talk to an advocate and get you in touch with resources available to you!

We hope everyone has a safe and fun summer!!!:D
