24-Hour Crisis Intervention

Our trained staff and volunteers are available at all hours of the day or night, including all holidays, to assist with urgent and emergency situations. We can provide emergency shelter for victims and their families, food, clothing, emotional support and emergency transportation for those who are leaving an abusive situation.

Advocacy and Referrals

Through an established network of social agencies and private practioners, we are able to provide referrals and assistance for victims with legal, medical, vocational, housing, and financial concerns. Court accompaniment is always available.

Protection Orders/Stalking Orders

Our staff can assist victims of domestic violence and stalking in filling out and filing protection orders/stalking orders. Advocates can escort victims to court for those proceedings. Notary services are also available.

Support Groups

A weekly support group for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault is available.

Emergency Cell Phones

If a victim finds themselves without a means to call 9-1-1, we can provide an emergency cell phone for their use.

Prevention Education Programs

If a school or business wishes to provide training for their students or staff on child abuse, sexual assault or domestic violence, we can provide training, free of charge.

DFS Approved Budgeting/Lifeskill Courses

A monthly budgeting class is offered to help individuals understand the many different concepts of their financial needs and abilities. 

DFS Approved Parenting Classes

Parenting classes are offered to individuals and families who would like to improve or work on their parenting skills.  Please call for appointments.
